Welcome to Piyami Place – a supportive living community of Green Acres Foundation.
Located in Picture Butte, Piyami Place is a Designated Supportive Living Level 4 community that operates in partnership with Alberta Health Services. Delivering publicly funded health and personal care supports and specialized dementia care to eligible seniors in a cozy, home-like setting. We offer a unique combination of personalized care with an emphasis on independence, active living, security, and all the comforts of home.

Health Care Aides and LPNs are on-site to provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Alberta Health Services Community Care Case Managers visit Piyami Place each weekday to provide care planning as well as monitoring of the residents. On weekends and holidays. Alberta Health Services Community Care Case Managers visit on an on-call basis.
