A physician’s clinic and Urgent Care Center are adjacent to the Lodge, giving residents and their families added peace of mind. Piyami Lodge also offers Enhanced Lodge services to those residents assessed by Community Care Case Managers as requiring Designated Supportive Living Level 3 care.

A partnership between the Green Acres Foundation and AHS, our Housing with Health Care Services ensures that you have the health supports you need for the lifestyle you deserve.
To qualify, residents must first be assessed and referred by an AHS Home Care Case Manager and meet our eligibility criteria.
Services include:
Safe, secure one-bedroom or bachelor suite
Maintenance free living
Home-cooked meals and snacks served daily
Personal laundry service available
Weekly housekeeping
Assistance with daily living
Access to exceptional amenities, activities and scheduled outings
Medication management

A partnership between the Green Acres Foundation and AHS, our retirement communities with Memory Care offer safe, secure units and inviting, home-like communal spaces.
We provide comprehensive care and compassion for seniors with moderate to severe dementia who may have a high risk of wandering.
To qualify, residents must first be assessed and referred by an AHS Home Care Case Manager and meet our eligibility criteria.
Services include:
Safe, secure studio suite staffed by certified dementia care staff
Home-cooked meals and snacks served daily
Personal laundry service available
Activities and outings designed for seniors with memory impairment
Medication management
Personal care and health supports from Health Care Aides and/or Licensed Practical Nurses on a 24-hour basis
